About Sarah

Sarah received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University in 2003. She spent 11 years in an interdisciplinary pediatric outpatient setting working with infants and children with a wide variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and developmental diagnoses. 

Since 2010, Sarah has focused her ongoing education on manual therapy and is trained in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and muscle energy technique. 

At Summit Rehabilitation Services, she now uses her manual therapy skills to uniquely complement her traditional practice of musculoskeletal and developmental pediatric physical therapy.

Why Sarah?

My daughter, Brynn, had a long journey with torticollis and plagiocephaly, and Sarah was there every step of the way. Sarah is compassionate about her work and about her patients. She was always open to discuss any matter at hand and was willing to answer any questions that we, as parents, had about our daughter's care. Sarah was very thorough in her evaluation of Sam's injury and treatment plan. She explained everything she was doing to Sam. She was very gentle with Sam and listened patiently while he told her stories during their sessions. Sarah always invited me into the treatment room during their sessions, and as a mother that was something I valued greatly! Sarah's therapy sessions have always been fun and engaging for James. He will ask when he gets to go see Sarah. Even at 5, he knows that Sarah makes him feel better!
